SUPER RUDE SUPPORT. I was on the free plan thinking to upgrade for the paid ones. I had a question on how to save video from the app to computer otherwise this app is not fulfilling my needs. The developer did not reply to my emails. So I left a review saying there is no customer support. They blocked my account without giving a reply or offering to switch to the paid version. If customer support doesn’t know how their app functions how they expect to gain customers for the paid plan?
If you’re thinking to pay for this, they can just block your account and delete all your content anytime.
