I’m Luke one of the makers behind enform.io.
As a product manager, I rely heavily on the daily Jira digests from enform.io to give me an overview of what has been moving within the engineering teams and how product delivery relates to goals. It’s no-joke, the most exciting email I receive every day as I get an overview of what a large engineering team are working on.
I then send a weekly update to the entire product and engineering teams that work in that area, provide some commentary on the work in progress, current status of the metrics we’re focused on, and goals for the next week. This is great for a product team that’s quite large and focused on separate parts of a product.
This helps to keep everyone in product and engineering more connected to the organisation’s goals and informed of what’s going on, which is really important in today’s increasingly distributed work environment.
Ask me anything about the product, if you want an in-depth demo mesage me directly.
