Internal is a Slack bot that facilitates emotional communication for remote teams. All users take twice daily questionnaires to check in at the start of the day and reflect at the end of their day. Overall scores are reported to a public channel so that coworkers gather the same emotional insights that they would from body language in a physical setting. Reflections are used to track personal emotional fitness overtime.
